If you have a signed agreement with us, such as a Master Services Agreement or Non-Disclosure Agreement, that agreement controls how we handle your data wherever it conflicts with this policy.

• Email address when you subscribe to our newsletter

AI Pathfinder and Client Engagements

Our software products, including the AI Pathfinder application, carry their own terms of use and data disclosures presented at purchase or sign-in. Those disclosures, and any signed client agreements, govern data submitted inside the products and take precedence over this policy.

Pathfinder's AI conversations are processed by Anthropic under its commercial terms, which prohibit Anthropic from training models on customer content. We do not use your data to train any AI model, ours or anyone else's.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party tools to run this site and our services: Vercel for hosting and site analytics, Resend for email delivery, Cloudflare for form spam protection, and Google Workspace for scheduling. Our products additionally use Supabase for data storage, Anthropic for AI processing, and Stripe for payments. These services process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

Cookies and Analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Site analytics are aggregate and anonymous. Our applications set first-party functional cookies only, used to keep you signed in and attached to your work.

Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above or as required by law. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@tinybottleai.com.
